1. How long are the courses?
Our courses are self-paced with access ranging from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the program. You may complete your course early, but access ends once your certificate of completion is issued.
2. When does my course officially start?
Your course begins when your login credentials are sent to you via emailβnot on the purchase date.
3. Can I finish the course before the full time?
Yes. You may complete the course before the full access period. However, once you receive your certificate, course access ends, even if time remains.
4. Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Upon successful completion, you will receive a Certificate of Completion.

5. Does the course include hands-on clinical training?
Most courses are online only. However, select programs include or offer an optional hands-on clinical take-home kit.
The clinical kit may include:

Clinical kits are not included in discounted course offers unless stated.
6. Is clinical included with all course pricing?
No. Clinical training is not included with all course pricing. Discounted offers (such as $100 promotions) include the online course only. Clinical kits may be added for an additional fee, if available for your program.
7. Do I need prior healthcare experience?
No prior healthcare experience is required for most courses. These programs are designed for beginners as well as those seeking to enter the healthcare field.
8. Will these courses help me get a job?
Yes. Our courses are designed to help prepare you for entry-level healthcare positions. We also provide:

9. Do you help with resumes?
Yes. Resume reviews are FREE for current and past MedDoc students. Resume reviews are conducted on Wednesdays only.
10. How many jobs should I apply for?
We recommend applying to 10 or more jobs at a time and tailoring your resume to each position to increase your chances of hearing back from employers.
11. Can I still reach out after finishing the course?
Yes. Even after completing your course, MedDoc students may reach out for guidance, resume support, and job search assistance.
12. Are these courses state-licensed or nationally certified?
Our programs provide training and certificates of completion. Some roles may require additional state or national credentials depending on employer requirements.
13. What happens if my course expires?
Once your course access period ends, you will need to re-enroll or request an extension to regain access.
14. How do I renew my certificate?
Certificates must be renewed annually. Renewal instructions are available on our website under the Renew Certificate section.
15. Are courses refundable?
No. All courses are non-refundable. Once enrollment is completed and access is granted, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
